You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Laravel offers the following services:

  • Bill Payments: Utility bills, internet bills, and other payments
  • Cashback & Offers: Promotional cashback and special offer packages
  • Digital Services: Various online payment and transaction services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Mobile App Permissions & Requirements

By downloading and using the iRecharge Pro mobile application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following device permission requirements. These permissions are necessary for the app to function as described and comply with platform policies.

5 Camera Optional QR code scanning for payments, KYC document capture, profile photo upload, and barcode scanning for bills
6 Microphone If applicable Voice search for services, voice input for numbers/amounts, in-app voice support features
7 Storage / Files Optional Save transaction receipts (PDF), download reports, upload verification documents, app cache
8 Biometric (Fingerprint / Face ID) Optional Secure quick login and transaction confirmation. Biometric data stays on your device — never sent to our servers

Your Rights Regarding Permissions

  • ✅ Grant or revoke permissions at any time via device Settings
  • ✅ Decline optional permissions without losing core access
  • ✅ Permissions are requested only when the related feature is used
  • ✅ No permissions are requested in bulk at app launch

Platform Compliance

  • Google Play Store Data Safety compliant

  • "Dangerous permissions" requested at runtime
  • Principle of least privilege enforced

By continuing to use the app after granting permissions, you agree to the use of those permissions as described above and in our Privacy Policy.

Payment and Transactions

  • All transactions must be made using valid payment methods
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds/balance
  • Transaction fees and charges will be clearly displayed before confirmation
  • Once confirmed, transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed except as per our refund policy
  • Failed transactions will be refunded within 3-7 business days
  • We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect recipient information

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools or bots without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our platform
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass or abuse our customer support staff

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Laravel or our licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laravel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers
  • Mobile operator or banking service unavailability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laravel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities
  • Non-payment or chargebacks
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your access to services will cease immediately. Outstanding balances may be forfeited.

Customer Support

We provide customer support via email, phone, and live chat. Response times may vary depending on query complexity. Support is available 24/7 for urgent transaction issues. Non-urgent matters will be addressed during business hours.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Inactive Account & Balance Forfeiture Policy

Please read this section carefully — inactivity may result in permanent loss of funds

Account Inactivity May Result in Permanent Loss of Funds

Any account that has had no login, recharge, transaction, or any platform activity for a continuous period of 6 (six) months or more will be automatically classified as a Dormant Account. All wallet balance, cashback points, pending rewards, and any other stored value associated with such accounts will be permanently forfeited without further notice.

Dormancy Trigger

Accounts with zero activity for 6 consecutive months — no login, no transaction, no recharge — will be marked dormant and funds become subject to forfeiture.

What You May Lose

Wallet balance, earned cashback, referral bonuses, and active offer credits will be permanently forfeited once the dormancy period is triggered.

No Obligation to Notify

Laravel is under no obligation to send reminders or notices before forfeiting dormant account balances. Courtesy notifications do not waive this right.

Non-Reversible Decision

Once a dormant account's balance is forfeited, the decision is final and cannot be appealed, reversed, or recovered under any circumstances.

Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

By registering and using Laravel services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The company shall not be held liable — financially, legally, or otherwise — for any loss of funds resulting from account inactivity or dormancy.
  • It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account active and withdraw or utilise funds in a timely manner.
  • No claim, complaint, or dispute will be entertained regarding funds lost due to inactivity after the dormancy period has elapsed.
  • This policy applies to all user accounts regardless of registration date, account tier, or balance amount.
